Verify an institutional membership
Verify your institutional memberships using one of the supported methods.
You can verify an institutional membership either when adding it or in a later stage.
- In the Institutional Memberships section of your dashboard, click My institutions.

Find the institutional membership you want to verify and click the
Verify membership button.
The verify membership page displays.

Verify the institutional membership by using one of the following
methods:
- By your institutional email: Enter your institutional email and click Send code to verify to receive and enter the verification code that is sent to your email.
- Sign in to your institution: Click Continue to be redirected to the organization's site to login.
- Use you institutional IP: If your computer is detected under a supported institutional IP (or VPN) the verification is initialized automatically. IP auto detection must be enabled for this functionality. If disabled, click Turn ON auto-detection.
Note: Every institution may not support all the verification methods.
