Manage your password

CONNECT accounts are set up to use static passwords by default, but you also have the option to use one-time passwords (OTP) instead.

Update your password

  1. Under the Sign in & Security area of your dashboard, click Password setup.
  2. Enter the password of your choice in the Set Password and Confirm Password fields.
    Important: Make sure that the password is at least 8 characters long and is not shared with other accounts.
  3. Click Set password.
You have successfully updated your password!

Delete your password

Delete a static password and switch to the OTP system.

Note: The DELETE PASSWORD area is displayed only if you have a static password set up.
  1. Under the Sign in & Security area of your dashboard, click Password setup.
  2. Under the DELETE PASSWORD area, click Delete password.
