Manage your password

CONNECT accounts are set up to use static passwords by default, but you also have the option to use one-time passwords (OTP) instead.

Update your password

  1. In the Sign in & Security section of your dashboard, click Password setup.
  2. Click Change and enter your existing password.
  3. Enter the new password of your choice in the Set Password field. You can optionally Disconnect from other devices.
    Make sure that the password is at least 8 characters long and includes both letters and numbers. You cannot use any of your last four passwords.

    The password should not be shared with other accounts.

    Note: Changing your password terminates all active sessions and invalidates any remembered sessions.
  4. Click Save.
