Bug fixes

Fixed a bug in the Sign in and Sign up screens that was interrupting the procedure when authenticating using email.
Fixed a bug that was causing a blank screen to display when attempting to sign in to Manuscripts using CONNECT.
Fixed a bug in the German version of the Sign up screen that was causing the Norwegian instead of the German translation to display.
Fixed a bug in the Sign in screen that was forcing the caret to move to the end of the Email field after every keystroke.
Note: Caret is also known as 'text cursor', 'text insertion cursor', or 'text selection cursor'.
Fixed the institutional access tooltip that was wrongly displaying "There are 1 additional website..." instead of "There is 1 additional website..." when only 1 additional website exists to connect with.
